Update Regarding Delivery Options

Several positive changes and adjustments have been happening in the past year and a half of my life - a new marriage to the love of my life, a big move to a new home, gaining two adult bonus kids, and my son Colton graduating high school and going off to college.

I find myself wanting to find ways to spend more time with my family.

In a business line like ours, the law requires production to be in a commercial kitchen when shipping products ordered online. We are able to craft our caramels at home under the Texas Cottage Law, but we must deliver the product in person to our customers. A commercial kitchen near our new home location is just not feasible at this time. Thus, we have made the tough decision to make our caramels from home. Therefore our yummy caramels will need to be picked up directly from us. Our sincere apologies if this causes any inconvenience for our wonderful customers.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Amazing Caramels. If for any reason you're not, we have a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • It must have all original tags attached.
  • The item should be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@amazingcaramels.com to request a return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any of the following issues, contact us immediately:

  • Defective or damaged items.
  • Receipt of the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
